With the regular research and development .we have developed the new kind of car under chassis washer with an automatic Sensor Controlled System .The system work with high pressure machine with 3  out put zero degree nozzles thats Ossilate  left n right side & 2 Rotating Zero deg Nozzles  which rotates at an 1500 RPM All 5 nozzles  cover every corners of under carriage of Vehicler.its take 75 sec to complete a cycle .Due to HIgh pressure Impact on surface remove the sludge  & mud particle  with out any gap.The rotating system create an vibration  force over nozzles and thus make the mud loose and thoroughly clean the entire under carriage of vehicle.

Panel control has 2 control mode  1 is manual wash in this  mode customer can wash bike  Autos or any others vehicles
2nd mode is to wash under carriage by just pressing the pusgh button the system start n move forward n reverse according to the length of the vehicles n stop  at the end point with sensor based .thus make simple in operation and avoid the maintenance less n cost effectie.

This rugged, ss304 steel framed and stainless steel unit is a mechanically propelled single brush wash machine, so there is no pushing or pulling, just moving forward & backword by the Use of Push Buttom lever.  cables or no trailing of pipes and no top heavy units which will blow over in windy weather.
